Shipping Locations

At this time, we only accept orders from within the United Kingdom for delivery across the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

All orders are processed for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).  Customers will be reasonably kept up to date through the process.

If we are facing issues with order fulfillment for any reason, we will contact our customers as quickly as possible and continue to keep them up to date.

Shipping Costs

Free standard delivery (usually 3 working days from the point of postage, facilitated by Evri) is available for orders over £50.00.  Postage fees will apply with a spend below the threshold.

If a customer requires quicker delivery times for any reason (usually 1-2 days, facilitated by Evri), they can choose the option of next day delivery on orders submitted before 09.00 from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). 

If customers live within Bournville (B30 postcode) and require faster delivery, please contact us via bournvillecandleco@outlook.com to see if we arrange faster delivery/collection - can't be guaranteed but we will always do whatever we can!
